No-Return Policy: Once purchased, items cannot be returned.
Refunds for Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours at taptapbtnfc@gmail.com with proof of the damage. Custom cards cannot be refunded.
Activation Issues: For difficulties activating your Tap Tap product, email taptapbtnfc@gmail.com for guidance or to request a refund/replacement.
Post-Activation Issues: If you face issues using an activated product, you may be eligible for a refund. Email us, and if eligible, we will notify you via email.
